Hey man, I have a question concerning sleeping pads. I have been looking to buy a good one for lightweight backpacking. I was wondering which one you used on the AT and what are your suggestions? Michael
@DocGodbold - I believe the most reliable, affordable, durable mat that I have extensively test is the neoair trekker. I love it. It is quiet at night, and positively great for the back, while packing small and light on the overall. Comfort is a small luxury on the trail. Your back will thank you on the trail later, don't worry.
